I was a little nervous about sharing this as it is a little dark and not my "usual", but it is honest and a reflection of part of my life right now.  I used a kit by Created by Jill called Some Days Really Stink.

I like your honesty and you put yourself "out there" by sharing. Your color choice is perfect for expressing your anger. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you for your bravery in sharing this page. I just finished watching Tiffany's video on journaling and between her share and your layout, I now know that I'm not the only one who has dark and/or sad pages with thoughts that I don't share with others but that I must get out. Journaling can be cathartic, and particularly when we're able to do it in a way that lets us choose colors and fonts and designs that convey our feelings. Again, thanks for sharing.

Such an emotion filled page! It really portrays your feelings well. I hope that this page was therapeutic for you and that things will start looking up soon so that you won't have any more reason for pages like this!

Thanks Cassie...what I can say is that there are many positive things in life and I have become more adept at compartmentalizing.  That helps to me to keep things in perspective.  I have to say though, it was nice getting some of it out!

wow what an emotional page but so well expressed and journaled. Art journaling is all about an outlet for letting go and venting as well as expressing yourself. You did that here and I hope to a degree it helped to get it out instead of holding it all in. I love the use of Red paint, the white typewriting font with the big words that are allowing you to "shout" and the way your top border is all clustered and layered. I know this is not your norm Sue, and I am so sorry you are going through a hard time right now, but the artistic way you expressed it is really aweome. If we were always sunshine and daisies life would be boring I think... sometimes times like this give us perspective. Not that we have to have neg things in life... this past year even turning on the TV has been negative... I do hope that things turn around and the frustration can be shaken off and you can move forward in a positive direction. Well scrapped. Big Hugs!

Big huge hugs!! I love scrapping like this. It helps me work through things that I am afraid to talk about especially! Your page is beautiful and I am sorry you are so frustrated right now. When I was going through my darkest time, scrapbooking helped me get through it. If it wasn't for memory keeping, I am not sure I would have survived! BIG HUGE HUGS!

I have SO been there, and found this form of art so helpful. Thanks for sharing! Love the way you used the big black angry font for the focus words and the way you interspersed some muted phrases in the journaling with the main questions/feelings going through your mind. Hope things are getting better.
