  4. My Favorite Little Person

When I think eclectic I think bold titles meets product so that's the direction I went with my layout. "You are my favorite little person" is a phrase I say to my son all the time so I thought it would be fun to feature it here. None of the kits I chose were rainbow but I thought it would be a fun challenge to see if I could blend them into one. 5. Ooo this is very cool!
  6. This is really pretty! I love the monochromatic color scheme. <3
  7. Every Moment Matters

I started this layout with a totally different idea and this is where I eventually ended up, haha. I've always said that my scrapbooks are like my journals so while this artsy style is so different from what I normally do, it ended up being exactly what I needed to process some of my feelings from my mother-in-law's recent passing. I'm really proud of how it turned out! Journaling: I didn’t know if we’d made the right choice. when we crossed into the border of california, I broke into tears. after 10 years away living our own life, coming back to the place where we started felt like a step back rather than a step forward. Last week Adam’s mom passed away unexpectedly. now, two years later I know in my heart we made the right choice. to be closer to family, to have those extra moments together. it hasn’t always been easy. at times it’s been ridiculously hard. but time is a gift you can never get back. 8. Ooo I love this!! Great representation of the style ❤️
  9. Amazing!!! 😍
  10. If I had to choose a secondary style, traditionalist would be it so this was a fun challenge for me. For my photos I included three sizes: 5x12, 4x4 and 5x5. Credits: Boyhood Adventures by Kristin Cronin-Barrow and Studio Flergs
  11. Fall is my favorite

This challenge was the toughest one yet for me. I'm convinced my brain doesn't think in terms of brushes and masks. But I like the end result! For my main photo I blended together three action shots of my son playing in our fall leaves (aka December in California, haha.) I also extracted the middle photo just a touch to give the elusion of him jumping out of the frame. All of the brush work is different elements and shapes I blended together to create my own look.
