Oh boy, do I have new respect for template designers!!!! I use CS5 and it didn't work well with svg files and the page I was inspired by didn't have an svg file, so I decided to recreate the look with custom shapes. Love my end result. Credits : Fresh Air by Kim B and Anita's Designs

  8. L'Esprit De Chemin 1 Web

I did a four page spread using this month's Champion's tutorial and Nancie Rowe Janitz's wonderful France inspired kit. This is not my style AT ALL so I decided repetition was a great way to internalize some of the new techniques - plus finish a little mini-collection of layouts commemorating a multi-day hike my oldest daughter wen ton while living in France way back in 2007 (oh yes I am very behind). Thanks for the fantastic video lessons Tiffany - I love this new style.

  14. Outdoor Theater

I had sooooooo much fun that I'm hopelessly late with my page. I'm lucky that I have many of GS Creations's character templates and I futzed with many of them before I got my final page. Products used - Aperture Template from Champions February 2017, Stage - GS Creations It's Magic, Boy, Girl and Tree from GS Creations Valentines
  15. March 2017 Champions Jigsaw

Not quite sure I like how this turned out. I like the general layout, but something doesn't quite look right. Should I turn some photos black and white or maybe the color of the swatches from the kit? Perhaps a color border around the #1? Any suggestions?
  16. Gavin & Tasha

Oh BOY, did I love this!!!! I used one of the templates as it went so well with my photos (another page in the wedding album). I think I broke another rule by turning half the picture b&w, but it seems to work. Credits : March 2017 Champions Templates and Kit.
  17. Party

My take....This was fun creating 3D characters and the diorama. I extracted a real penguin from a photo at and inserted him inside the homemade igloo. Thanks for the fun.. Loved seeing the pattern way of adding the papers in pattern so as to keep the file size down and also playing more with the pen tool... that pen tool is something I need to spend more time with.,it was one tool I was always afraid of Thanks for the fun this month!
  18. Streetstyle.jpg

I really battled with this month's challenge, not because the lessons weren't easy to follow, but none of my photos actually worked. Really not happy with this page.

Apparently the new gallery lets you post without being signed in...Don't know how to link it to my profile so sorry for the duplicate layout. Found a photo I wanted to use in my Kitschy layout. It wasn't Christmas, so I altered the layout and kit to be more appropriate for the photo. Enjoy! 24. Strange Donuts

I used the techniques from this month's Champions. I added some light flares using picsart, used a shape to pop out the photo and blended some brushes. Quite a step out from my comfort zone, but so much fun! Supplies: This Life Here by Lynne Grieveson (October Champions Kit) Typeface: Muffler
